The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination against any qualified disabled individual. An individual with a disability is considered qualified if he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Hamra Enterprises will work closely with qualified disabled individuals to provide reasonable accommodations for their disability should such accommodations be necessary.
