Policies – Attendance
Let’s face it, it takes people to serve our guests, if you’re late it impacts the guests and your co-workers, if you call in it greatly impacts the guests and your co-workers. If you are unable to work you must call us at least four hours prior to the start of your shift so we can try to get coverage. If you are running late, call right away so we can plan. If you call in for three or more days, we require a doctor’s note for you to return. If you have a problem with getting to work on time and/or calling in we may discipline you and you may lose your job. If you don’t come in for your scheduled shift and don’t call us, we may view this as a voluntary quit and remove you from the schedule.
